Stadtkeller Swiss Folklore Restaurant

20130528:
With traditional Swiss entertainment and food, this restaurant is definitely geared towards tourists. With that being said, I, as a tourist, enjoyed the entertainment and found it was worth the cost of the dinner.

I wrote: "The Stadtkeller Bier is very light. It'll be simple to drink one liter."

By the end of the night, I had about 1,75 liters (3.7 US pints) of beer.

Fondue (Not Pictured)

I wrote: "The fondue is bitter at first, but is tastier over time."

I suppose one could also say the fondue was very rich.

Various fresh salads

I wrote: "The salad was delicious. Perhaps the sauce is a vinaigrette with a light amount of ranch dressing. Everybody finished their salad."

Geschnetzeltes Kalbfleisch Strips of veal with mushroom-cream-sauce
Rösti Grated and fried potatoes

I wrote: "The mushrooms and ? and potatoes dish was also delicious."

Meringue with applesauce and strawberry ice-cream
