Masala Kitchen

20140624:
So this restaurant opened on June 16, 2014 and is currently focusing on their buffet offering.

Unfortunately for me, with my aversion to legumes, which includes chickpeas and peas, I'm left few options here at Masala Kitchen.

Chicken Tikka Masala

I first filled my plate with rice, chicken tikka masala, goat curry, and chicken tandoori. On my second plate, I put some pineapple and a lot of goat curry. To finish, I just had more pineapples and rice pudding (kheer).

Of the various things I ate, I enjoyed the goat curry the most.

After including tax, lunch here at Masala Kitchen is a little under $11. As such, I find it a great place to come eat if you're hungry. Otherwise, the most cost efficient, yet delicious place to eat between 31st and 33rd will continue to be Chipotle.

Kheer

[20140815: About a month later, the friend I came here with came again and found that the lunch selection had been reduced. In particular, the goat curry was not available. A common friend of ours likes the food here at Masala Kitchen more than the food over at Tamber's.]
