The quality of tuna in the fatty tuna roll was good. It was delicious.

I thought the tempura was good as well. With that being said, I'm not big on tempura. Ada, who almost always orders tempura, really liked it - with the exception of the eggplant tempura. It was her first time encountering it. She didn't eat her second piece of it.
