The chips are nice and crispy. I also didn't detect much salt, if any. On a related note, the salsa is good, though I would like it more if it were thicker.

Getting to the core of the visit, the regular carnitas burrito was good, at least considering it was just rice, beans, and meat.
Lately I've been cutting back on cheese and sour cream. I find it interesting how some foods taste better by solely relying on unhealthy ingredients.

Unfortunately, the chips were hard today.
As for my order, a wet regular al pastor burrito, I thought the sauce was good, but I could hardly taste the flavor of the meat. 3:19PM PT

I'm back at Taqueria Los Cerros and today I got a carnitas plate.
I thought it smelt great, but I found the carnitas to be a little dry. As such, I mixed all the ingredients together, added some of the salsa from the chips, and that seemed to fix it up quite nicely.
Oh, I forgot there's a salsa bar here at Los Cerros. I'll try to remember the next time I go. 1:20PM PT

Today I came here and got a regular carnitas burrito. It tasted good, but the first bite was practically just a bunch of tortilla. - perhaps the tortilla was not tightly wrapped. In any case, I began to tear any additional excess tortilla away before I resumed eating.

This chicken taco was pretty good. There was a slight strange aftertaste, but it wasn't a big deal.
The burrito with red sauce was also good. I particularly liked the taste of the rice.

Menu Description:
Carnitas plate. Fried pork served with rice, beans, pico de gallo, guacamole and tortillas.
Most of the carnitas was cooked to a crisp and so was generally more crunchy than soft. I don't remember the last time I had carnitas overcooked in this way. While it was a new and interesting experience, I would still prefer my carnitas tender and juicy.

Today I ordered a super burrito (with guacamole, cheese, sour cream, and everything else that comes in it). The guacamole had the most contribution, but the sour cream was good too.

Flautas, Taco, Burrito.
While I typically eat at the restaurant and proceed to work at the nearby Starbucks, it was quite late and instead I ordered food to go. Arriving home, I decided to eat the flautas first; they were delicious.

Then I moved on to the taco, whose shell had become a bit soft, but I didn't mind.
Finally, the shredded chicken burrito was simple in design, but at least the shredded chicken was delicious.
Overall, it was a great meal.

Al pastor plate. This plate tasted good. Though I balanced the overall flavor by mixing all the separate components together (meat, beans, lettuce, etc.) and pouring some salsa on top. With that being said, the meat was yummy.
Note that unlike yesterday, it was still early, so I ate at the restaurant and subsequently worked at Starbucks.

As always the chips here are delicious. However, even better were the chicken fajitas. When the dished arrived, it looked and smelled great. Of course, it tasted great too! The dish was the best food I've had here thus far! It was so good. In fact, it brightened my day. 4:28PM PT

Another noteless visit. It does, however, look like a carnitas plate. In fact, if I remember correctly, I was looking at the menu and I come so often that the cashier suddenly asked me if I want a carnitas plate - because that's what I order most. I paused for a moment, considered if I have any other options, and then told her that I did in fact want a carnitas plate.
