I got the Grove Cobb Salad and it's delicious! I love the meat. I love the blue cheese. It's all around solid!

Lemonade

20161121:
The poke was okay, the sesame kind of got to me.

Menu Description:
Ahi Tuna & Avocado Poke with Tangerines, Icicle Radish, and Sesame $6.50

The lamb meatball was good.

The chicken and green beans were delicious; it had a delicious tasting spiciness.

Menu Description:
Pineapple Chicken & Green Beans with Toasted Coconut, Jalapenos, and Jerk Dressing $2.95

The cucumber mint lemonade was tasty.

The albacore was better! It also had a spiciness.

The turkey sandwich was good.

The tomato soup was standard.

The pomegranate lemonade was good. However, I liked the cucumber mint lemonade more.

This is my second time eating alligator bites. Alligator meat is tougher to chew compared to chicken.

Menu Description:
Alligator Bites A Cajun Seafood Delicacy, We Cut Our Tenderized Alligator Fillets, Deep Fry Them And Serve With Our Special Louisiana Remoulade Dipping Sauce. 16

The hotlink tasted okay.

The chicken barbecue sauce was good, but the chicken itself was dry.

The seasoning on the corn was tasty. The collard greens were bitter, but Ada said that's just how they taste.

Overall, I didn't enjoy the meal.

Taco Bueno

20161112:
After going to the nearby Fry's Electronics, my coworkers and I went to get some food. While two of my coworkers went to get some fried chicken from KFC, another coworker and myself were shooting for low carb, high fat and opted to go to Taco Bueno instead. There we both got a steak salad bowl with no beans.

Unfortunately, I didn't like how the steak tasted (and I recall my friend agreed). Overall, the meal was edible and a burrito bowl from Chipotle would blow it out the water! In fact, my friend started craving for Chipotle and after the four of us finished eating, we rushed to the nearest Chipotle and made it there just as they were locking the doors (we were the last paying customers for the night).

Eating carrots with the jalapeno bacon cheese was good. The bread was okay. Eating cheese with apple was good. Eating cheese with brocolli was between okay and good. Actually good.

I loved the spicy jalapeno flavor of the cheese. Ada liked the bread with cheese best.

My salad tasted good; I liked the ranch. Avoiding carbs, I skipped the croutons; my carb intake thus far consists of a slice of apple and one bread.

Ada's salad had a sweet dressing and the almonds were candied; a bit excessive. Ada agreed: if the sauce is sweet then the almonds don't have to be candied. 8:13PM PT

Chicken with mustard tasted good. Broccoli tasted normal. Mushroom tasted okay. Shrimp tasted normal. The beef was soft. The dumpling was okay and had a soft texture. I asked what was inside and Ada said it was cheese inside.

Actually, the mushroom was good when it had broth cupped in its cap. 9:08PM PT

We decided to get the chocolate fondue: pure dark chocolate. I attempt to rate each dessert item when eaten with the chocolate (out of 10). Banana: 9. Cream puff: 5. Ada removed the cream from the cream puff and she ate the puff.

Graham cracker marshmallow: 7. The brownie was so rich I couldn't taste the chocolate, even though I doused it with chocolate: 4. Rice Crispies treat: 10. Pineapple: 7. 9:21PM PT
