The lechon paksiw with the siopao was good. I essentially didn't need any rice - though I did run a little short.

On the one hand, the chicken empanada had a soft crust; the crust was not flaky. On the other hand, the empanada contained whole chicken chunks with raisins. In short, I liked the filling, but I disliked the crust.

On a different note, the siopao contained an insubstantial amount of filling.

The pork BBQ sauce tasted good and sweet, but the meat itself was tough.
I enjoyed the sisig,* it was spicy and meaty with just enough fat to be delicious, yet not overwhelming. 10:48 AM PT
*I recently had a positive experience with sisig (at 7 Mile House) that was my primary reason for trying the sisig today here at Goldilock's.
