After capoeira, a bunch of us head out to CVP for drinks and food. See, many people need to exercise because they eat, but I need to eat because I exercise.

My friends and I were hanging out at a GRO Beer Tasting event and afterwards we headed to CVP to get some food. I had a bowl of chili.

If it weren't for the rain, I'd have eaten lunch and dinner at the Spring Fair. In any case, I find myself at CVP with a burger, some curly fries, and a Guinness.

Today I came here with Mark and Ricky. While we were waiting for our food, they showed me a game called Nim.
To eat I had a bowl of chili (below) and to drink I had a Samuel Adams Octoberfest. I love the chili here at Charles Village Pub (CVP).

I don't think I ordered anything to eat tonight. But I did drink a The Raven Special Lager and a Saranac Pumpkin Ale.

Today I had a Kilkenny Irish Creme Ale and a Hopkins Club (below). I recall the roast beef club sandwich was good.

After having some drinks at Maxie's (see Trash Can and Shots at Maxie's), I met up with a friend here at CVP and had a fuzzy navel.

Today I came for lunch and ordered a burger and some jalapeno poppers. There might have been a football game on, because I distinctly remember eating in and sitting on the side of the booth that would give me a better view of a television. I also remember one man commenting about if I could finish all the food I had before me. I don't remember if I said anything in reply, but I have a feeling I had leftovers which I would have taken home and eaten for dinner.

After some modern dance (20121101), Seth and I came to CVP for some food. Today I tried something new (see above).

After a good evening's worth of climbing (20130204), Jessica, Eric, and I came to CVP to grab some grub. They got there first and by the time I arrived, Eric already ordered a can of Natty Boh. Still feeling the excitement of the Raven's victory, I decided to order one too.
Apparently all the "Munchies" are half off on Mondays. You can find this and other weekly specials on their Weekly Specials page.
I ordered the jalapeño poppers $5.99*.5, we all shared nacho supreme $8.59*.5, and Eric had an 8 oz. burger.
The nachos were a great deal, because they give you so much for 3 dollars. Just look at the size of the bowl of nachos in the picture!

After climbing on the rock wall (20130211), several of us decide to head to CVP. Today there were five of us. I ordered chicken tenders $7.59*.5 for myself, shared one of the strips, drank a Dogfish Head Raison D'Etre, and tried a piece the southwestern egg rolls $6.99*.5.

Yet another day of climbing (20130218) followed with an evening at CVP. This time the table split an order of nachos and we each ordered something on top of that. I decided to get the BBQ buffalo wings $8.99*.5. Having eaten the nachos, I couldn't finish the wings and decided to get a container to take the leftover wings to go. When we got the bill, Sven pointed out I got lucky and wasn't charged the full price, which was the policy on the half off Munchies as posted on the wall. The weekly special draft was Ommegang BPA.

Guess what? Another day of climbing (20130225) followed with an evening of CVP. As of 20131218, I would assume I ordered the chicken fingers (above), because I took a picture of chicken fingers and nothing else.

And so the tradition continues... we go climbing (20130304) and then we eat/drink at CVP. To eat I had a burger with bacon (above) and to drink I had (with certainty) a glass of Ommegang Witte.

Today I came and ordered a Big Daddy Pub Burger (above). I don't think I've had one of these in a while. To drink, I had a Magic Hat Elder Berry.

I wrote: "The BBQ wings are really good. Delicious BBQ. In addition to sharing wings, we each got an order of chicken tenders." 9:55PM ET
To drink I had a Full Tilt Camden Cream.

Today, after climbing, I also had an order of chicken tenders and a glass of Full Tilt Camden Cream.
