The dish was light on the lemongrass flavor, but the taste of the meats ranged from okay to good. I liked the blood pudding.

Overall, it was pleasing to eat. Furthermore, I'm personally okay with the milder lemon grass flavor because too much lemongrass gives me a stomach ache.
