I came to eat here with my parents today. To drink we ordered a bottle of Fischer Tradition Amber.

I've come here a decent number of times with my family. In particular, ever since I started graduate school, we've come here just about every time I've returned home from Maryland.

As such, I estimate having come here between 10 and 15 times in my life.

My Yelp Review: (****_)
I like the lobster here. The lobster meat seemed firm and I especially like the claw meat.

Today, the two plates of clam tasted just average.

Unfortunately, the clams tasted much worst when cold. Something about the texture was off. However, since I love eating clams, I took whatever I could get.

The place was crowded and the parking lot was similarly crowded. I would recommend the driver dropping a party member off to get on the waiting list while he/she looks for parking.

The meat from the claw pops right out. (20140809)

As for the service, the waiters and waitresses filled my water quite regularly. In addition, the restaurant supplied us with many plates for lobster shells and clam shells, but did not take them away too often. As mentioned, the place was busy and perhaps they did the best they could in that regard.

Most of the waiters and waitresses here were quite friendly, but the waiter who packed our leftovers had a disgruntled look on his face.

In addition, he over-packed our leftover lobster into one box.

As a side note, the waiters don't necessarily speak Vietnamese.

As usual, the lobster was good. The fried rice was also good.

While I usually like the noodles, the noodles today were unappetizing.

Fortunately, the clams were well prepared and the fish was awesome. The fish had great texture and the sauce was delicious. 7:15PM PT

My dad said the fish was cá hồng and translated the name to cod. However, translations seem to suggest that cá hồng is the name for red snapper. 7:31PM PT

Scallops (20160502)

The scallops were tasty. Of course, to accompany the decent amount of scallops was a lot of vegetables. The dish had a nice spice.

The tofu was hot inside, so I would advise caution. In particular, I would recommend cutting it open and letting it cool.

And last, but certainly not least, the lobster tasted good. My dad said it was one of the younger ones which are softer than the older ones.

However, I would still describe the meat as being quite firm, and in a good
way. 7:32PM PT
