Laughing Water Restaurant

The Crazy Horse Memorial was one of the stops for our bus tour. With bus tours, the tour guide gives you a time that you should return to the bus, otherwise everybody will be waiting on you. Of course, the common mindset is that someone is bound to be late, so why should I get on the bus early, only to be waiting on others. Though due to humiliation, I feel like generally no party is late twice in a row and that half the people on the bus will be late at least once during the seven day trip.

Thinking we had a lot of time, my family and I browsed the area and looked at the exhibits and went into the shops before eating. In hindsight, we should have ate and then spend the remaining time browsing. While the food we had was mediocre, the service was quick.

Yelp Review: (***..)
My family and I got a glance at the taco bar and decided that it wasn't worth getting. However, the frank I got instead was salty and disappointing. Fortunately, I thought the sweet potato fries were good. Unfortunately, I love potato salad and the potato salad here was terrible.

Plenty of seating was available and food came in a timely manner. In addition, the workers we encountered were friendly. Also depending on where you sit in the restaurant, you can get a good view of the Crazy Horse Memorial.

Pay at the front. If you need to use the restroom and there's a long wait, you can take your chances with the restrooms in the shop located across the way.
