Cham Sut Gol Korean BBQ Restaurant

Shrimp and chicken. Raw.

20121223:
I was not excited when my friends expressed interest in all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ. Whether due to the unhealthiness associated with stuffing myself, the cost effectiveness of such an outing, or my being sick, I did not have an appetite.

Informed that entree orders were available, I decided to come. However, en route I reasoned that even if I currently didn't feel like eating a lot, I would want to eat a lot when my friends were eating a lot. In the end, I decided to do the all-you-can-eat.

Shrimp and chicken. Done.

One downside we encountered was the lack of kalbi. This was unfortunate, because when I think of Korean BBQ, I think of kalbi.

I wrote: "I like the pork chop best. Perhaps then the chicken. Of the sides I like the steamed egg, then the rice paper, and then the potato salad. Back to the meats: I like the spicy beef, then the brisket is just okay for me." 3:51PM PT.

"[My three friends] seem to like the barbecue chicken most." 3:53PM PT. "Okay, actually I change my mind. The chicken is really good." 4:18PM PT. "The pork chop comes second to the chicken." 4:47PM PT.

There was a shrimp sampler which just tasted average. In the end, I'm uncertain what meats or sides each person favored, but Josh seemed to really like the brisket.

Meats. Raw.

For dessert, the establishment offers four flavors of ice cream: chocolate, pistachio, green tea, and a fourth colorful ice cream. I decided to just get two scoops of the pistachio flavor.
