By the time I was ready to eat dinner, most everything in Brugge was closed. Consequently, I returned to Leuven and walked around looking for something to eat there. In the end, I decided to give this Italian restaurant a try.
While there was room to sit outside, I decided that I'd be more comfortable inside. The interior was well decorated and had a good amount of interior lighting.
I wrote: "The dish smells of pepper and tomato. Ok, I can smell the clam. I believe I can smell the herbs as well. My eyes are first drawn to the cucumbers. Then they deviate to the clams and the to the pasta. The dish is hot, so I blow on it a bit. Also, I make sure to toss the sauce in with the pasta, otherwise the pasta would taste a bland. The clams are small and don't amount to much. If they do have a taste, then its salty and has a distinct seafood flavor. Ah, I overlooked the garlic. There were three pieces of cooked garlic, which I ate. Overall, the plate was delicious, but not at all worth its cost."
