Today I ordered a bowl of hieu tieu trieu chau kho ("kho" means dry, the broth is placed on the side); it was delicious. It's been a while since I've had mi (yellow noodle).
This dish has both white and yellow noodle, highly favorable. There's also a good variety of meats. In addition to a little bit of the broth, I also added some vinegar.
The additional plate of meat at center had an oil, which I didn't find so tasty. However, the texture of the meat itself was alright. 11:40AM PT
