Truffle Gnocchi in Sage Butter Sauce

The gnocchi was delicious - though I'm not an expert. In particular, I wondered how much of the taste came from the oil-based sauce versus from the gnocchi itself. Regardless, it was amazing. The gnocchi was soft and warm.

Filetto con la "Zola"

Normally I avoid starches, but I decided to give the gnocchi a try; especially since I've increased my carbohydrate intake over the last few days. 8:05PM PT

Unfortunately, my steak came out dry. However, the sauces and mashed potatoes were delicious. As such, I made sure to eat every bite of steak together with sauce and/or mashed potatoes. 3:44PM PT
