The protein in the Brisket Tacos was delicious, but tasted nothing like brisket.
The Chick-Non had a texture that reminded me of fried calamari. The sauce was good. It was like a gravy.

Southern Fried Chick-Non Deep Fried Oyster Mushrooms w/Mushroom Gravy, Mac n' Cheese, & Grilled Vegetables 15
The mac and cheese was decent. The vegetables were good.
I had a slight tingle in mouth from the food (I suspect one of the proteins has some soy). More specifically, it was a light reaction, unlike my (moderate) reaction from yesterday at the State Fair of Texas.
Overall, ignoring the tingle, it was a good meal. 9:34PM CT
