Pho Dakao

I inhaled the smells coming from the bowl of pho and got a nice whiff of chicken. The chicken and chicken broth tasted fresh and pure. The broth was not at all salty and managed to taste delicious.
Unfortunately, the restaurant did not have any (unlaid) immature chicken egg; I think they just temporarily ran out. I love that in my bowl of chicken pho.
Fortunately, they did have fresh rice noodles, which has been a recurring request for me this Winter break.
I remember several breaks ago, the recurring request was for pho bo filet mignon (the meat slices are thin and come on a plate in order to avoid overcooking the meat), and years before there was the (family) trend to get a side of onion soaked in vinegar (hanh dam).
