Corn bread and honey.

So the entree comes out and looks amazing. There's this mound of food and sprig of sage sticking out the top. I first remove the sage and then check out what's under the fried chicken. I see in the center some mashed potatoes and off to the sides are English muffins with slices of tomato on top.

Indeed this was true, but unfortunately, there was no Hollandaise sauce. My own attempt at eggs Benedict might not be perfect, or even great, but at least it has Hollandaise sauce: Cook 20100925 Eggs Benedict.

I wrote: "Oh ok. The bacon is on top of the egg which is on top of the friend chicken. Some of the bacon is fried to a crisp. But most is nice and chewy. I like the bits of bell peppers. They add a bit of pop and spice. The potato is unevenly mashed which is more a matter of preference. It's a little bland, but I suppose it should be eaten together with all the other, more salty foods. This entree could actually feed two or three people." 8:07PM PT
