Cleo's Brazilian Steakhouse

20170204:
I got a plate of food from the salad bar.

From the Salad Bar

Top Sirloin: juicy in parts but dry in others.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast (left) and Top Sirloin (right)

Bacon Wrapped Chicken: delicious

Round Steak (left) and Brisket (right)

Brisket: chewy.
Round Steak: slightly drier than the brisket, but still juicy; easier to bite and chew compared to the brisket.

Bacon Wrapped Top Sirloin

Bacon Wrapped Top Sirloin: not best thus far, but better than the brisket and round steak.

Lamb

Lamb: the seasoning was excellent.

Tri-tip with Garlic

Tri-tip with Garlic: ooo this one was excellent!!

New York Steak

New York Steak: as expected, the outer layer of this was .. actually, it's not bad; it tasted like a piece of jerky that's been salted with soy sauce and steak seasoning

Top Sirloin with Garlic

Top Sirloin with Garlic: oh my goodness, this one was even better than the tri-tip; it's beyond excellent!

Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings: I got a chicken wingette and a chicken drumette for myself, but held off on eating either.

Pork Sausage

Pork Sausage: I didn't like it

Top Sirloin

Top Sirloin: this cut was excellent; it's fatty; it's salty as well

Ready to drink some beer, I first drank some water and cleansed my palette. Meanwhile, I received another top sirloin with garlic followed by a regular slice of top sirloin.

Chicken Hearts (I was so excited I had already eaten the other two of five!!!)

But first, chicken hearts!!! I'm such a fan of chicken hearts that I asked for five. Though in hindsight I should have asked for even more!!!

Chicken Hearts: mmm, the hearts were tasty.

(2nd) Top Sirloin with Garlic

(2nd) Top Sirloin with Garlic: this time the garlic top sirloin was too done

One side of the (2nd) top sirloin...
And... the other side.

(2nd) Top Sirloin: in contrast, the second regular top sirloin was nice and medium rare

By now I gave away what remained of the uneaten brisket and round steak. I still have the remains of the New York steak, but I'll give that away too. I'll also reject this (2nd) garlic top sirloin. Oh, at some point I ate the drumette and I still have the wingette, but I'll probably eat that.

Pork Ribs

Pork Ribs: the ribs were not bad, however, they were salty.

Grilled Pineapple

Grilled Pineapple: this pineapple with cinnamon was excellent.

Fried Bananas: they gave us some near the beginning, but I didn't have any until we asked for more near the end; they were delicious (though I liked the grilled pineapple more)

Fried Bananas!

By the end of the evening, I had most of what they listed on the meat selection they have online (not bolded): picanha [pea-CAN-ya] (top sirloin) with traditional seasoning / garlic seasoning | New York steak | fraldinha [fral-DIN-ya] (flap steak) | peito (brisket) | tri-tip | sirloin wrapped w/ bacon | grilled pineapple | chicken hearts | chicken wings | chicken legs | cordeiro [cor-DAY-roo] (lamb) | linguiƧa [lin-GWEE-sa] (sausage) | top sirloin with garlic | lombo [LOM-bo] (pork loin) | pork ribs | chicken breast w/ bacon | eye of round
